On Thursday, the teaser for Hari and Harish's forthcoming multilingual film Yashoda, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, was released. The movie appears to be a survival thriller about an imprisoned lady, played by Samantha, based on the graphics. The movie, which was originally shot in Telugu, will also be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi after dubbing. "Very excited to offer to you the first look of our film Yashoda," Samantha posted on Twitter as she unveiled the teaser for the movie. The trailer makes a reference to Yashoda from Hindu mythology by showing Samantha as pregnant.
She looks around when she first wakes up, moves to the window, and when she reaches out to touch a pigeon on the other side, the camera pans out to reveal that she is stuck in a room that is dark.

Samantha is eagerly anticipating the release of her upcoming magnum opus Shakuntalam while still enjoying the success of her most recent film, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. Samantha stated that this would be her ideal project and part in 2020 while speaking at the film's premiere. Additionally, she is working with Gunasekhar for the first time. The movie, which Gunasekhar himself produced on a sizable budget, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
